For my final paper i am going to write about the change I want to see in the Adaptive Aquatics program. The change is more participation form the Students here at BYU. I, personally would love to get more involved in the Program and work to get others involved. sometimes the ratio of kids to students is not 1:1 and this makes things very difficult, because then the student has two kids hanging off of him, not just one. By getting more people involved the program would be able to accommodate more kids and also the students who were participating would truly enjoy them selves, it is impossible to not enjoy yourself when you are in the service of your fellow man, especially children.
Getting involved/participate will definitely lead you towards change because you have to work hard to to make a change. So getting involved is basically working hard and it will help you to make change. You have to influence people to adopt the change you brought and getting involved is the best way to do it.
